Matthew Ciolek
Matthew Ciolek is Head of Internet Publication Bureau of National Institute for Asia and the Pacific, at Australian National University. He is also the Principal of Asia Pacific Research Online (www.ciolek.com). He has a number of publications on global communication technologies with a special focus on Asia-Pacific.
